About the Author

Toby Joyce grew up in the Pacific Northwest with her three sisters. The Emerald City was beautifully green, but rainy and gray for months at a time. Eventually she grew weary of the constant drizzle and moved to the land of endless summer; Southern California.

The change of climate and scenery began to inspire her sweet romance novels. She was in awe of the Pacific Ocean, Palm trees, warm, sunny days throughout most of the year and evenings cooled by the soft ocean breezes. These romantic settings sparked her imagination.

Toby usually writes from her upstairs home office which has a view of majestic Pine trees, high flying birds, and spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

When she isn’t writing, Toby likes being outdoors at a beach or at any of the beautiful nearby parks. She also enjoys cooking and gardening.

Toby shares her home with a sweet brindle cat that keeps her company and keeps her entertained.
